"Good for a stop over. Receptionist - her name began with a B was really helpful and so was the male that assisted her with our order. Nice reception area. Bathroom door a bit odd separate to the sink but non the less acceptable. "

"The property is new and therefore everything is clean and of a high standard in the public areas and bedrooms. Situated off a busy junction/roundabout and as I was travelling at night I failed to see roadside signs for the hotel. Think maybe a larger or better lit roadside sign required. When you are driving your eyes are on the road and cars in front of you not looking past property boundaries or up in the air for signs at the top of buildings."

"We had a wonderful stay at Bells and would stay there again. The only negative comment we have about the hotel is that the walls are very thin and you can hear people walking in the corridor and talking in the adjoining rooms like they are sat next to you. Which when it’s a rowdy bunch of dudes on a golfing weekend means no sleep. "

"The priory is a 12th century building, it has a beautiful architectural style with character and charm, set in a beautiful grounds within a short walk of the ancient Roman amphitheatre, and the Roman legion museum which are free to visit. As for the staff, they make it, friendly, helpful, a warm cheeky charm and a welcoming demeanour. We loved our 3 night stay. "

"Breakfast could have been a “full” Welsh breakfast rather than having to choose between tomato or beans. Bread could’ve been better rather than a sliced loaf. Rooms and location on the other hand were excellent!"
