"Thoroughly surprised at how lovely this place was. Wasn't expecting too much for the price (I paid £53 for the room) but it was lovely! Staff were attentive and polite and couldn't help enough. Paid extra for breakfast which was great value for money as the quality of the ingredients were superb. Beds are incredibly comfy and lovely large bath sheets too! Would definitely stay again. "

"What an absolute joy, from discovering a new hotel to the impeccable service and experience. I cannot fault a single thing. The smiles from Olivia on reception, to the welcome in the CASA restaurant from Marcus in the evening. The photos don't do the hotel justice. Beautiful Welsh dragon statue in the entrance, lovely light and airy, and also had access to Ty+ lounge. The bed is one of the comfiest I've ever stayed in, and the fittings and fixtures in the rooms and corridors are second to none. The cleanliness is impeccable too. Your staff are extremely attentive, and really make you feel like they care about you. I will be booking here again."

"Beautiful scenery, it snowed when we were there and it was so pretty. Staff helpful and friendly and our food was great. Dog loved the stay too. The 4 poster bedroom was huge, bed so comfy we had a great sleep."
