"Excellent hotel. All the staff from the cleaner to spa were polite helpful smiling giving excellent service. Spa manager Khawla went the extra mile to make sure everything was spot on. Her staff Assia and Fatima were very good and really looked after us. But the star man was Houssam at the door. He was always smiling and helpful non stop through my stay. An absolute joy.
