"I'd requested connecting rooms at the hotel a week before but on arrival, this wasn't arranged. However, the receptionist and her manger worked as quickly as they could when they realised my children were very young and that it was necessary. We were really happy with how graciously and quickly it was handled."

"From staff that checked us in until we left we were looked after … my mother is 83 and was well respected and looked after … we weren’t great fans of evening buffet… needs labels etc the pool bar food was amazing and they had a fish night there was the best meal of holiday… we also had the Moroccan meal in restaurant which was nice but not the best … room and pool view bottom floor was lovely clean comfortable… room ladies and all staff thank you for a lovely few days … was misty and sunshine…...

"Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful which was a breath of fresh air. The hotel is in a great location with fabulous looking spacious rooms. The pool and surrounding area is perfect for relaxing in and with a great food snack bar catering for all your F&B needs. "Have stayed here many times before but on this occasion our sleep was disturbed every night from 4am to 8am due to a Cockerell being kept in a nearby property. The area is normally fairly quiet but the apartment blocks and residents really need to get this problem sorted out. Talking to local residents they too are annoyed by the noise and disturbed sleep caused by the crowing Cockerell and we saw some people complaining to the owner keeping the chickens. "Our one-week stay at Hotel Aragana was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Initially, we stayed in rooms 4102 and 4104, where we encountered an issue with an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. The staff promptly addressed this by relocating us to new rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a varied culinary experience, with a different food theme each day and a wide range of options to choose from. While water is not included with lunch or dinner, guests are welcome to bring their own. Pool towels are available for hire at 100 dirhams, with the deposit refunded upon return. The location is convenient, with numerous taxis readily available. The fare to the souk is approximately 45-50 dirhams. There is also a mini-market nearby and familiar dining options, including Pizza Hut and McDonald’s. We also took advantage of the hotel’s hair salon and spa services, both of which provided excellent service. For families, there is a small play area for children. One consideration for families is the surrounding area, which can feel a bit rough at night, with some beggars around. In summary, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aragana and look forward to returning in the future."
