"The property was very nice and quiet. The staff was easy qoing and helpful. The upper porch was a great place to sit with the firepit onand was cozy. They are still doing some construction on the property and the elevator was out is the only reason that rating is a 4. Looks like they may be completely wonderful soon. "

"A perfect retreat for rest in a beautiful place. Vintage Victorian with modern comforts. The restaurant is incredible! The atmosphere is unique and charming. The rooms are cozy and oh so comfortable. We watched deer walking around the property as we ate our dinner. Close enough to the town’s shopping and restaurants to be convenient, but tucked into the trees to give a feeling of retreat. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Such a cute B&B in a house built in 1909. Has a lot of old world charm with all the amenities of today. All staff were friendly and inviting. "

"Quaint building with generous-sized rooms, mine with a little kitchen set-up. Big bathroom. Easy walk to shops and restaurants but far enough from the main road to be quiet. Stairs up to most rooms, no elevator. Breakfast was quite simple, cereal and muffins mainly. Very scenic town with a stunning view of the White Sands on the road down to Alamogordo. "
