"We had a really lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was huge and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also amazing, with a huge spread and the ability to order a hot breakfast too. "

"This was my first visit to Brighton, I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, price and location. It did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was facing out on to a quiet street at the back. It was clean and well equipped. The shower and the breakfast were excellent. The hotel is a short walk from the seafront, the station and The Lanes. I was able to leave me luggage at the hotel (not everywhere does this) whilst I used up the last few hours before I headed home. I will return to Brighton and I will certainly book this hotel again as it is really good value and is an excellent base to explore Brighton from. "

"What a great place to stay , slightly quirky , we had a standard room and it beats the local Travel Tavern by miles. Great looking pub downstairs ( we were on the second floor) and the breakfast was excellent . Staff were routinely friendly , very polite and very helpful. "
