"A very nice stay. I loved the soft sheets and the size of the room. I also loved the friendly staff who were really helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a huge variety of very delicious food. Parking was easy too. We parked right outside. Overall a great experience. Will be very happy to come back. "

"Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge. Thank you for everything Rich & Mark & hopefully we’ll see you both again soon! "

"There is nothing to share other than it is not anywhere near 5 Star just a Bed and breakfast nothing special . Parking terrible but the Claremont will give you a zone parking ticket for 24 hrs. Stairs up and down bit tough on over 75’s . "

"Clive was so polite and helpful with our request and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The village was lovely and had good pubs... a good location. "

"Nice and clean in a quiet area. Lot of privacy with free netflux and prime.... a bonus. Highly recommend with good bus transport within walking distance and only 3 stops by train to brighton. Good place for a quiet peaceful stay. "

"Great location and it was perfect for an overnight stay for my mums birthday. The beds were very comfy. We were just a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - it stunk of smoke. We opened the windows and I sprayed my perfume (not ideal) but we couldn’t get rid of it. Hopefully just a blip as I’d stayed here before and it wasn’t an issue."

"The main issue was not with the Guest House itself but rather the lack of parking. I was in Hove for a wedding and guests at other hotels had the same experience. "

"I enjoyed my stay, the room was a good size for a single room. However anyone who has issues with stairs may not be suitable. Bed was comfortable and light switch above the bed, which is always useful! I would stay again"
