"More shabby than chic, I nevertheless soon became quite enamoured of my humble little room on the first floor. These prices were often a third of the travelodge. Is Schmotel three times worse than travelodge? No it’s a different thing. I was therefore pleased that there were no ghosts or Frankensteins and no poo on the wall or ceiling, and nobody with loud and evil intent anywhere in the seven blessed rooms. "

"Great location and it was perfect for an overnight stay for my mums birthday. The beds were very comfy. We were just a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - it stunk of smoke. We opened the windows and I sprayed my perfume (not ideal) but we couldn’t get rid of it. Hopefully just a blip as I’d stayed here before and it wasn’t an issue."

"It is an Bed and Breakfast in a country side home. The host were very kind and hospitable. It felt like being a guest in your grandma's house. They accomodated our schedule with no complaints."

"Gated complex so felt safe with the family. Walking distance to nice cafes and the beach Very modern style they also provide child safe cutlery and bowls which was helpful. They have an app which they recommend you download which has videos and information on how to check in, access wifi, use appliances etc. You also need to use the app to checkout. Not as clean as I would expect. The house gets very warm and was still hot warm despite turning off the heating."

"£100 in Brighton on a Saturday night I wasn’t expecting loads but was very impressed. Good size room. Modern bathroom. And I was even able to early check in at 11.55am so very pleased. Was no deposit and some of the details need updating regarding contacting before check in etc, overall would defo stay again. "

"Lady in charge gave us a room on ground floor because she could see my husband had a bad leg. Room was lovely and clean and warm with a view of pretty garden. It was very peaceful and bed was super comfy. My only complaint would be the very small shower room but at such a great price it shouldnt be that concerning. We will be back!"
