"Friendly staff, very helpful and any concerns were acted on immediately. We were given double rooms even though only booked single rooms which was a nice bonus. There was a rubber bath non-slip mat in the wardrobe in the bedroom (strange place to be) which was breaking up and I let the hotel know on check out that I had placed it on top of the bin as needed to be thrown away and replaced with a new one.
