"The hotel was clean, warm but dated. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The fact that there was no restaurant meant no meal or breakfast but the staff advised me of lovely alternatives. I believe the hotel has just changed hands so probably just getting things organised and i hope it works for them."

"We have stayed at the Kveldsro for a week plus on two occasions, and really enjoyed ourselves each time. The hotel is not a new building, but as a result is full of character. "Would absolutely stay here again! The location is stunning and Niki is a great host. I'd never been to the UK before and forgot to specify an automatic for my car rental. She sent me taxi and bus info and had found me a new rental car with a different co (the only one who had an automatic available) by the time I got to the rental, and was also just a pleasure to talk to. Don't skip the spa, which is well-maintained and especially relaxing with its large windows facing the sea."
