"Looked after extremely well. Not certain about the lack of amenities in the double room for disabled people. Nowhere to hang bathroom robes or wash bags and for a non-disabled person the wash basin was extremely low, small and difficult as an older person to use. "

"We had an executive room, which was a fantastic size. There was a lounge area, a good size desk, bathroom had a bath with a powerful shower and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a minibar in the room, an ironing board and iron and reasonable wardrobe space if you were staying for any period of time. "Lovely accomodations in pub with handy location. Room nice size, clean and friendly staff. It is above a pub so might need ear plugs if want total quiet. Also no one on site overnight and separate back door entrance after hours, which is now by an outdoor bar for summer. "

"This is above a pub 2 minutes from the station. Eaglescliffe is a nice place to stay though there isn't much around the station to look at. The hotel is a bit basic but clean and good value for money."
