"Even though being renovated, this stay was perfect. Staff so friendly and helpful, fabulous breakfast, lovely twin room and a nice pub The Clock Tower literally on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again, the Spa and staff were also lovely and I can highly recommend the Back Massages. "

Your receptionist was helpful, polite and friendly and upon arrival instantly gave us the feeling she really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The whole hotel felt as though it was new and that included our room and bed which meant we had a great sleep. I don’t know the last time I have stayed in a hotel which has provided a free gym with leisure facilities and will definitely return and tell everyone we know.
