"Thus is an older motel style lodging. We liked it for the nostalgia. The beach was a very short walk behind the motel. Robert was wonderful and provided a lot of info about the area. We love to walk and walked to and from John's pass a couple times. There was also a wonderful walking path along the beach."

Trolley stop on the street in front. Really cute place with attentive staff."

"We have stayed at the Molloy a few times now, our daughter attends Eckerd College. We always feel very welcomed upon arrival, it’s almost a sense of family. We stayed with our daughters for Thanksgiving and we enjoyed our room, the ability to “eat in” the grills are a lovely option for families. After a day at the beach, it’s nice to just shower and grill your dinner! It’s amazing how well they have recovered from the hurricanes. I recommend the Molloy highly. "

"We have stayed here numerous times. Saint Pete Beach has been a vacation home since 1977. Property in very good shape considering last year‘s two hurricanes back to back.
