"Our room was wonderful! Super clean and comfortable. Charming with full kitchen, living area and balcony that overlooked the ocean. Separate bedroom for us - with comfortable pullout for kids. Loved the convenience of the washer / dryer in the room. It’s bright and light and loved the happy wall art. The beach guys with chair set up were really good - fun and professional. "Property very clean, employees are very professional, plenty of space in my room. You can hang by pool or just chill out on back deck. Firepit at nite was nice also. One thing they need to add is a shower bar(something to hold on while showering)…other then that i would book at legacy again."

"Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. "Nice location and staff was excellent and friendly. Disappointed pool was down “until further notice” and that was not communicated before arrival. One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes. Living area had comfortable furniture and kitchen had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Would stay again. "
