"Our check in was just the beginning of a fantastic week. We arrived just a few days after my wife lost her job of 33 years. Although retirement was in her future, that was a great place kick back, relax and go thru all the mental trauma a job loss can bring on. From the moment we pulled up the driveway, we were immediately directed to the lobby for check in. Our bags were collected and were sent to our room as soon as we had received our room number. Although our request for a room away from the elevators on deaf ears, the sound was not bad. Spa services (at Opal Sol) were exceptional and the use of the third floor pool was our secret hideaway for a good part of our trip. Concierge service was excellent in lining up a round of golf and dinner reservations were handled in a very professional manner. Our room view (when not at an ocean-side bar) was spectacular. Watching the day's sunset was just the relaxation that my wife needed. We look forward to our return either later this year or next spring. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."

"The only downfall was the front desk deterred DoorDash/grubhub. If we ordered we had to collect at the front desk. Which wasn’t a huge issue, only when by myself with kids it made it a little difficult. I understand the policy ensures safety. Just a mild inconvenience. Cleaning staff was amazing!!! Other than that we did not see much staff. The elevator went down one day but there were 3 more to use. Dining options are a bit limited as far as room service. Food was good. Views are amazing! Pool and hot-tub were superb. Access to the beach was unmatched. Overall an amazing experience! "

"We had an amazing time here! The trolley was free at the time of our stay but we walked almost everywhere! Jet ski rental was right next door at Shepards, so very convenient! The pool bar was under construction but they made do with a pop up tent! The staff was friendly! We had our 3 boys with us (17,17, and 7) and we all had the best time. I would come back in a heart beat!"

"Everything was great. The only downside is theres a party that goes on in the pool area till about 1:30 to 2:00am. Its super loud because the rooms in the main tower face the pool/beach area where the party is. So if youre looking to get an early nights sleep, maybe not the best place. But everything else was great."
