"This was our second stay at Shephard’s. The resort is very nice. What I don’t care for is their cancellation policy. They require 72 hour notice. My flight was canceled and it didn’t look promising to book for the following day. My reservation was for 3 days only. I didn’t mind losing a day since that has been pretty standard in my experience and they likely wouldn’t be able to rent the room on such short notice.
