"Our stay st the Alexander Inn was fantastic! We were looking for a place in the hubbub of downtown Philly and this place certainly delivered. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. Nothing was out of order or went wrong. The continental breakfast and complimentary beverages was a highlight. There is a parking garage down the street that they discount, but it is still fairly expensive. The Inn was close to public transportation and in a great central location to walk to Philly's many attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we had questions. The frint desk staff and the staff who worked the breakfast room were all friendly. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was certainly lots of noise from the street reaching our room during the daytime bit it quiets down at night. I will definitely be coming back next tome I am in Philly! "

"A good hotel"

"Hotel rooms are wonderful. Dinner and breakfast are great. However, transporation by shuttle was a disaster. We waited for over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport even though I had contacted the hotel and given them my arrival time and asked whether I needed to let them know when I arrive. They told me I did not need to call and that the shuttle ran every 20 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called the hotel and it rang more than twenty times before someone finally answered the phone. I was flippantly told, "Oh, ok. What terminal are you at? I'll let the driver know you're waiting." Basically, they lied about the shuttle running every 20 minutes. I strongly suggest that you call the hotel and let them know you're waiting if you want to catch the shuttle. Otherwise, the hotel is great."

"I am so impressed by this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service from every employee we encountered was outstanding and the room was very clean. I also like the set up of the room too, nicely designed. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Great value for a Phila stay. Minutes to airport; easy access to downtown Philly. Room was a good size and o was surprised to see a sofa in the room as well. Recently remodeled facility. "

"Close to airport. Rooms were fine. Checkin and out was ok. Nothing too fancy. Just needed to have it close by to get to our early flight. Cheaper than other hotels but worked out just fine. "
