"This was a new building with an outdoor pool. We could use the indoor pool in the old building on the same property. The the room was lovely. We slept really well. The breakfast faire was okay, though not too hot. The attendants were very attentive, and ready to help. This hotel felt safe, and it was in a quiet, yet convenient location. Would recommend staying here."

"The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 stars is because when I checked in they asked if I want turn down service and I said yes but nobody came to tidy up the room. "The staff was excellent and helpful. When the heat in our suitedidn't work, a staff member responded promptly and fixed the problem. The trouble with the DoubleTree is that it tries to be a 5-star hotel, but the parking lot is terrible, the breakfast food was late and cold, and unit furniture and carpeting was very old an doutdated; not near enough electrical outlets.
