"Enjoyed the quaint little cottage on the River. Close to Wheeling and local winery which we enjoy. Clean and welcoming atmosphere in the cottage and the host was friendly and we had good communication. Pizza Express is just down the road for takeout and we liked their fresh homemade dough.Overall a nice experience at this location."
