"The sun was burning on the day of arrival at 11am , 40 degrees. We asked the receptionist, a gentleman (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) to drop off the luggage first, and he checked us in earlier. :) Room size , bathroom size is generous. Bed is comfy, bed sheets and towels are clean. My only "complaint" is that there was no complimentary water (2 bottles for guests). I am not sure if most hotels don't provide that anymore. In general, great experience, prime location, close to stores, eatery and transports."

"This hotel has a beautiful welcoming feel and there is always someone there to assist with any questions or needs. First time in Perth and everything was so central for getting around. Our room had everything we needed, including a washer which was very handy. Pool, bbq area and gym were great Would happily recommend this lovely place"

"Staff were lovely. R I om nice and clean. No pool so the only pool that coukd be used was the one at the frintbwhich we didnt like the idea of using. Spoke to the duty manager abd she gave us complementary breakfast which was so nice of her which made up for not being able to swim so we did have simething nice to remember the hoyel by."
