Beautiful restored Heritage Building, the suites are very spacious & luxurious. Great value for money, within walking distance of everywhere in the CBD. Lovely breakfast and coffee.

Booked the place as the photos had a boutique hotel vibe. Turned out to be a restaurant with rooms on top. Staff were friendly/helpful. Room was comfortable. However, there was a loud music/dance venue just behind the hotel on the Friday night that kept us up late.

Beautiful building. Terrace room was lovely. So close to shops, cafes, botanical gardens etc complimentary breakfast was good. The room would have benefited from extra towels, much nicer in house bathroom supplies (soap etc), in house movies and a stocked mini bar. A guest information book about the building, room and area would have been great too. We loved our stay.

I loved the decor, its been beautifully designed and decorated. It was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were quite 'high' for both my partner and I. The breakfast was delicious, however, I would have preferred a free barista made coffee with breakfast. The only free coffee was instant. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the morning for our breakfast. It was like a little oasis amongst the office buildings. As this hotel is in the business district of the city, it is an ideal location for getting to Elizabeth Quay area, or a 10/13 minute walk into the city for night-life or shopping. The free buses that run in the city can help to get around too. I would recommend the hotel and being a local, I will definitely stay again. It was good value for money.

Older building. No security or staff on premise at night when alarms go off and aircon goes crazy!!! No compendium in room? What to do? Lucky chef was on site and fire brigade came!! Food ok but not amazing. All ok but not sure we’d stay again other than for the positioning.
