"This home was absolutely beautiful! A perfect mix of historic & modern, it was even better in person. Plenty of space in a convenient location. The parking is a bit tricky but not bad once you get the hang of it. We're traveling with our 3 year old who was super excited to find toys & books to play with & read - honestly a great surprise for all of us! Communication was clear and timely. Would love to stay at this location again in the future! "

"A self contained room with a lovely outlook, well thought out and comfortable. The accomodation was positioned well for getting around Dunedin without the stress of traffic. It was a room for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day. Friendly and unobtrusive staff made us feel welcome;"

"Beautiful old house in a great neighborhood with an excellent view overlooking the downtown area. This was billed as a 1.5 bathroom house. I would call it a one bathroom house. Getting seven people around in the morning with only one toilet was a challenge. Also, though listed as “sleeps seven” you’ll pay a hefty “extra guests” fee over and above the listed price if you’re actually planning on having more than two guests, which seems sort of deceptive. "
