Property is attractive and definitely in nature with ducks, sheep and llamas in view. Voices and vacuuming in the later evening interrupted our enjoyment of our space. Friendly host was full of suggestions and information.

Close to the airport. Very peaceful and quiet, not close to any busy roads, beautiful surrounding and hills. 18-20 minutes to get to Dunedin but very close to Mosgiel. At the back of the property it looks like possibly still working on a Little construction but very organized. Host was over the top very kind and very informative. Thank you. Bruce & Janice W. There is not a lot to like about Hunters Moon. The room was hot and it was very noisy outside. No views whatsoever. Breakfast was rather like a hostel; help yourself. If you wanted a latte or cappucino you had to pay for it.

Great place to stay,bed really comfy.lovely tea tray with biccies too! Great to have a guest kitchen,even tho we didn’t use it,it’s nice knowing it’s there if we wanted to. John the owner is so friendly and got on so well with my hubby,also John!! Sitting outside area is good to,even tho it wasn’t quite warm enough when we were there.Amazing to see the sheep and alpacas come when John calls to them
