"Surprisingly little to no airport noise even though your practically on airport properties. Perfect set up with thoughtful details like nice terry robes hanging in the closet with lots of extra hangers. Very comfy bed. Simple but well set kitchenette. Park across street family and pet friendly. 9 out of 10 for us."

"I booked a 1 bedroom apartment . It was supposed to have 2 beds in the living room aside from the main bedroom. I was given a small studio . It was communicated I would have 5 adults and 1 child. 4 of us had to sleep on the hard floor with no accommodations, we had a pregnant woman and a disabled child sleeping on the floor. The manager was very rude she looked irritated with me because I was asking for solutions and she did nothing to help. No refund was given. Location is amazing right behind...

"We found a place very clean and quiet away from the busy strip! It was a good walking distance during the day no problem, but we had to take an Uber to reach our nightly destinations. There’s a cute little convenience store inside the second tower that stays open pretty late should you need some snacks or water. If you’re looking for a party hotel that is not the place, but being four girls in our 20s we were able to party and Uber our way back very easily. I would highly recommend."

"This is a great little property that would be suitable for small family - no more than 3 or 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The place was very clean, well kept, and a great view. We had a small problem with the TV, but the owner was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Its about a 10 minute walk to the Strip"

"I love staying at the Palm Place and have stayed many times before this. BUT, I absolutely loathed SVS. Poor and unprofessional customer service. Offered absolutely no value to the property or the owners. I highly recommend the OWNERS to reconsider their Management Service. I highly recommend PALM PLACE to band them in your bulding. They managed to piss off a loyal customer over a $5 part with a back/forth email thread and still offered no resolution. Absolutely useless service. ...

"Cute place, clean, and the pool and hot tubs looked wonderful. We didn’t get to use them as it was a shorter trip but would definitely stay there again. Initially I was concerned about the location because the condos were gated with security who were in tactical gear and clothing and some condos had bars on their windows but we never felt unsafe once. "

"Staying at the MGM signature private suites was an awesome place with a peek view of the sphere and direct access to the MGM Grand made this a perfect location. Flawless room and amenities enjoyed the full kitchen and the two baths were a plus for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when visiting Vegas."
