"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "The location and grounds were great. We rented out the full facility for our strategic offsite and everything worked great and there was plenty of room. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and well appointed. Most of all, the cleaning staff, groundskeepers, bartender and chefs were amazing and took such great care of all 13 of us. Most importantly, Chantay, the property manager was amazing a meticulous in helping us plan everything."

We loved everyone and everything about this place! We felt so safe all week! They have two German Shepards on the property that belong to the owners that were so gentle and very protective of the home! We highly recommend Golden Cloud!"
