"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. Will definitely stay here again."

"I needed an emergency stay and Fisherman's Point came to my rescue. I had the only room available. The property isn't the best in terms of cleanliness (the bath and the shower curtains were dirty). The shower pressure isn't great but they have working AC and fans so I didn't get bitten in the night by mosquitoes. My aparthotel had a working microwave that heats food well and a fridge. "The purpose of this trip was to rejuvenate and I found the perfect place. The view of the coast line from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect for a group of up to 5 (only 3 allowed). 5 minutes walk to everything. Dunns River Falls, Mystic mountains, and everything in town. Only one thing went out of place, the power went out in the town for a couple of hours (not the property’s fault). This place was amazing. Nice pool. Almost perfect place. And I am the first one to give a review."

Renter lied about leak and relocated me to another dirty smelly location pretending that my apartment would be ready the following day. I waited past time of the event I was intended to attend on this trip. "After visiting resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we decided to try this one. At first, we weren’t sure about it—it’s smaller, not brand new, and only has one pool. However, after six days, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The service was exceptional, and our nanny, Patrice, was amazing and incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the main food dishes, but that’s because we’re picky eaters and only eat Kosher. That said, the desserts were absolutely delicious and a real highlight! The resort’s small size turned out to be a blessing, especially with three kids. It felt cozy, like home, and the layout was perfect—you could even see the kids’ play area from the restaurant, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We’ll definitely be back! "
