Cited above an old pub oozing with character and history - nothing is level or plumb as was the original way of building - I bet the walls could tell some stories. I bit weary in places, but again it was not expensive. Breakfast was ok, not much choice but again, breakfast was in with the price and we wasn’t expecting to get breakfast. So can not complain Car parking was excellent. It was a dog friendly hotel, which is great for dog lovers, "

"I had a lovely stay here. I stayed in one of the single rooms, it was very comfortable and had a nice view of the canal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the train station which was convenient for me. Could not hear any trains or traffic and had a peaceful nights sleep. Would stay again :)"
