"We are a group of 11 adults that go on an annual Labor Day trip every year, and this was the best year yet thanks to the Sandalwood Retreat. The house had more than enough space for everyone and their belongings. We were thankful to have two full kitchens and multiple places indoors and outdoors to hang out. "We loved the property. The house is spacious and beautiful. The game room provided many hours of fun! We were a little surprised at the cleaning "rules" and that we had to make our own beds. That would be the only negative thing we had to say about this property."

"This was our second stay at this property and we love it. Kids love the mattresses in the loft and hang there. Two bedrooms for adults, although wish there were larger beds. Great location for all of our adventures. "

"2nd annual trip to Round Lake. 1st stay at Scooter's Landing. This cabin was perfect for our family get together. Our little pugs loved the decks and we loved the sauna and the awesome views of the bay. I recommend this property to others who enjoy lakeside life and if you have a boat it is so close to the landing. Great owner and we had no issues!"

"I just cannot say enough how wonderful this cabin is! It's so clean, everything is decorated so cute, the beds are comfy, everything you could possibly need and more! The game room was amazing and all the games/toys make it a huge family hit! 10 mins from Hayward so easy trip into town for whatever you need but also totally secluded for peace and quiet! We will definitely be back!"

"The Round Lake Roost was an excellent selection for our family of 13. There were spacious bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking supplies, we ate all of our meals at the Roost We really enjoyed the ice rink and ice fishing on the huge lake, we love to be outside and it was perfect for us The area was very peaceful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The hosts were wonderful and the cabin was excellently appointed to be able to properly cook great meals. Everything in the kitchen you could need is there for use. Be mindful that this cabin sits on regulaly travelled road, so expect some quick road traffic"
