"Sweet little spot nestled on the edge of the lake - loons, eagles, the lapping of water on the shore, blue sky and pine trees. Everything a couple of city-dwellers needs to decompress and unwind. "W the welcoming calls of loons from crystal clear Grand Portage Lake. What a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautifully appointed. The ample outside spaces provided postcard views. Located close to grocery, downtown restaurants and the Heart of Vilas bike trail head, we could not have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to our visiting again soon."

"Location was good for our itinerary which included a trip to Bayfield plus some hiking and a day on the UTV trails. Beautiful scenery at the home, but it seems house had a problem with mice that should get fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we accepted we would share the space with some uninvited guests. 😁"

"I want one!! Perfect size. Love the decor. This is what I dream of for a cabin!!! They thought of everything! Love the heated floors!! So cozy! The electric fireplace added to the ambiance! "House served as exactly as needed house was very clean and had more cook ware and other supplies items than ever expected absolutely enjoyed the sauna especially after a late cold ride beds were comfortable and house was very cozy had plenty of parking for our 40 ft goose neck our group will definitely be back "
