"Parking lot was well lit. Room was clean. Breakfast included hot offerings like sausage and waffles. Pool area was clean. Pool was comfortable, not cold.. Hot tub was actually hot and not just warm like some places we have stayed. Both were fully operational. Front desk staff at check in was the kindest guy. We've stayed here before and the remodel really makes a huge difference. Looks great!"

"We had an amazing experience at this beautiful property! We were a group of 8 families, including 7 kids, and the space was absolutely perfect for us. The property was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.The kids had a fantastic time, and it was great to have a setting that allowed both kids and adults to have fun together. The host was extremely kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-equipped place for a family gathering or group getaway. We would definitely love to come back!"

"Great facility with lots to offer. Really super clean rooms comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The lady at the front desk Gwen, was fantastic she upgraded our room with a lake view. We appreciated all the information that she gave regarding where to eat since this was our first time in Hayward. The only thing about the service was we requested some fresh towels and never got them. But really a well appointed room nicely done only one problem was the bathroom you feel like your in a closet and there's no room kind of a weird set up. But everything was to date and clean! Appreciated the hot tub and the sauna and the pool was huge for a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. I would give it 6 stars!"
