"I and a friend had a lovely writers' retreat on this lakeside cabin with a beautiful view and a fireplace. The host responded quickly to our questions, and we felt as comfortable as if we were at home. A beautiful view from the porch and within easy driving distance from the Twin Cities. "

"It's a wonderful property for a nice family get away. We were there when the weather started to dip but still enjoyed a photo session by the lake. I can imagine how much more we could do in summer. The two houses provided a nice break between elderly adult women who went to bed early and my nieces who were in their mid 20's to hang out and tell stories. The kitchen area was just big enough for us to share a meal (15 of us) and allowed us to spread out into the living room. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Paid for the outside wood but never got to using it-had too much fun just hanging in the lake house. "
