"We never went in! We had picked from Michelin, but no mention was made of being on a main road, or the fact that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday. For two hours we could only get voicemail. The final off putting thing was a giant shiny black bull at the entrance, and the whole place looked rather off putting."

The hosts were just delightful and we loved listening a reading the picture book to how this family owned home was renovated to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and filled with local made goods. "My wife and I needed a one night stay and meals during a road trip through France. It was a last minute booking. It was very clean and the family staff obviously work hard to offer a good experience. The food is traditional French, not fancy but excellent."
