"The staff is very courteous. We were delighted by one of the housekeepers, I don’t recall if her name is Esther or Estela but when she cleaned our room you could definitely tell. She always left the room smelling amazing. There’s a convenience store right at the lobby if you need snacks or you can always dine in at the hotels cafeteria. They’re conveniently located near a food stand that sells tacos, tortas and burgers if you’re in the mood for something different. Our stay was for about 10 days...

"Es una casa comoda, cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios, transporte al consulado es incluido pero si requieres ir a otros lugares es costo extra, la propietaria muy amable y puedes contactarla fácilmente. El aire acondicionado es lo único que no estuvo enfriando muy bien pero la propietaria nos explicó que era a causa del agua. "

"The property is close to the American consulate and is in a gated community, but the interior of the home is very outdated and needs improvement. There is only hot water for shower and it stopped working 3 times during our stay. There is no hot water coming from the faucets. The couch needs to be replaced. The plumbling needs to be fixed and the doors are falling apart. No linens provided and no washer and dryer. Nothing "luxury" about this place. "
