"Staff was very nice, but limited to desk staff. Don't expect help with luggage and property is not accessible. It is an old property with no proper heat/air conditioning control in the rooms. The beds are large enough and very comfortable. The room is clean. Hair dryer is of the old very low power variety. Water pressure/temperature was good. "The staffs are super friendly, Mr.Francesco V. showed me 4-5 rooms till I decided on the Junior suite. He also helped us with the luggages. There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants. We will definitely revisit this hotel because of their amazing service."
