"The stay was marred by the room air conditioning not working properly and the room being too hot , and a check in experience that was the worst I had ever experienced. There was a mix up between the hotel and Hotel.com over payment and the hotel asked me to pay again! I supplied them, as asked with the receipt from hotel.com and my bank statement showing the payment to Hotel.com. But 4 hours later they had not been in contact to say it had been resolved so I contacted Hotel.com on the app and...

"Great hotel. Lovely stay. Very comfortable sleep. Bed and pillows comfortable. Decent gym, pool and spa facilities. Only gripe was some staff in the gym area werent the friendliest when asking very simple questions. Other than that. The stay was absolute brillaint. Would stay again if i need to visit again."

"Had a lovely stay, staff are so helpful and friendly. Property was easy to find and get to and from. Love the spa access, only negative we had was there was definitely too many people granted access to the pool/sauna/jacuzzi facilities. In which a few of the people had zero respect for 'personal space' my sister and I went to the steam room, there was 3 people in so we left and went bsck once 2 of said people had left (polite) we entered and there was 2 people in, the 4 of us had enough space...
