I am Cuban American visiting for the first time Cienfuegos: The city is pretty, the people friendly, and the weather is good. As far as the hostal "Casa Colonial el Sol" I will say that Yala, the host, as well as her husband, offer an excellent, dedicated and caring service to all the guests. The breakfast was excellent, delicious fruit, omelettes, good coffee, milk, bread and crêpes. They have for the power blackouts rechargeable lamps and fans that are provided to the guests. Wi-Fi service is also good, they are able to connect it to a generator to offer that service permanently. I will highly recommend to stay in hostal "Casa Colonial el Sol" located one block from "Prado de Cienfuegos".

Our stay at Casa Colonial El Sol was great! Our host Yalaidi and Dunieski were kind and always ready to please us with our needs. Breakfast was delicious. Location was unbeatable close to everything. We recommend this casa to anyone looking to stay in Cienfuegos.

This place was amazing to stay! The owners are super friendly, so warm and gentle and super open. We only stayed one night in ceinfuegos but it was a really good impression of this unique city. If you visit the city you should definitely stay here! Vert nice house, nice and comfortable bedroom, super good breakfast and a warm feeling from the owners. They have good advice as well to visit the city. Great stay!

Ho soggiornato alla Casa Colonial El Sol a Cienfuegos e l'esperienza è stata fantastica. La casa è bellissima, con un'architettura coloniale elegante e ben posizionata in città. Le stanze sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, e il bagno era moderno e ben curato. La colazione era ottima, abbondante e preparata con ingredienti freschi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, offrendo ottimi consigli su cosa fare in città e rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
