"The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant"

Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"
