Great restaurants at a walking distance and only 12 mins to the airport. You even have a little shop in the house for your last minute shopping or dinks. You live in Fausto's house I think, so you feel like a local. "

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

"We had such a great time at Stefani’s home. We had been in Europe for 3 weeks with our 9 year old and this was the perfect place to relax for 5 days before we headed home to the states. The pool and home were spotless and we loved the location away for the crowds of Rome but close enough (30 min) drive to colosseum and all sites in Rome. Renalto was also amazing and always available. Highly recommend! We look forward to returning with more friends and family."

The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Can't tell you how amazing David was. We were just staying one night due to an overnight flight in Rome. Our flight was delayed and we canceled our reservation with David since we were going to be coming in at midnight. The airline was supposed to be giving us a hotel, they canceled there offer and I texted David at close to 1am to see if we could still use the reservation. He was so kind and accommodating! He met us at the property, had wine ready for us and had a car called for us next...

"The property is stunning but Is not completely finished. The host was very nice and responsive. The place was very clean. The showers are extremely small and the basement has issues with dampness. A dehumidifier would help immensely. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay."

"With friends or parents you can really enjoy your stay. Outside swimming pool, garden, forest give you possibilities to organize fantastic days. Villa is gully equipped for breakfast lunch and dinner."

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee...

"Our family visited beautiful Rome for our wedding in June 2024 and our stay at Villa Anton Silj was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. We asked for breakfast at 20 euros per person, a total of 400 euros per breakfast for 20...
