He asked us what our plans would be then gave us a huge map, told us areas to avoid as they were dangerous (we are mother and daughter), how to get around Rome, things to see and also recommended a restaurant with a 10% discount around the corner. The room was smaller than I've seen before but perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was really comfortable and there was a smart TV too. Breakfast was delicious!
