"A delightful property with a caring proprietor. The room was spacious and quiet. The shower was a little too small, but it was appropriate for a private residence in Italy. There were plenty of songbirds to provide a very restful stay. And, it was very conveniently located near Rome’s commuter train service. "

"We had ended up staying here for a very brief overnight as our hostel in center had bed bugs found the same night we were supposed to fly out of Ciampino. We arrived late and the staff were accommodating, the man set us in a nice clean quiet room and called a transfer to the airport for us in early morning. We were pleased to have somewhere to rest and the location to train is VERY workable if wanting to explore the city. "

"Great little apt hotel in a residential area within a 20 min walking distance to St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum though the cobbled streets are prohibitive to walk in a wheelchair. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is included on the upper floor and has a great view. Shower is tiny but has great water pressure. "
