"Conveniently located 30 mins from Gatwick so ideal after a late flight. Basically a comfortable room. Disturbed at 1am by a neighbouring guest on a zoom call but not from external traffic noise. On closer inspection, the toom was in need of a deeper clean and rhe bed was not made well."

"When I arrived there was no-one at the desk but I pressed the bell then had to telephone and a very harrased looking guy came and dealt with me. He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. "

The spa was busy and we needed to time going with the kids, though the facilities were lovely and we would definitely stay again. Really nice sized room for us and the two kids, food at breakfast was great and lots of choice. Service was fantastic - thank you to all who made our stay so enjoyable"
