"A lovely hotel, very pleasant stay! "

"The hotel room was clean itself but looked on one of the lampshades there was some very unpleasant stains on it to say the least. The beds was very comfy along with the pillows and place felt clean overall. Also maybe a few less scratches on the wall, could maybe do with a lick of paint. Also there was a music event on till 1am and they gave us 1 extra hour on checkout which wasn’t really needed. "

"Great staff at check in. Reasonable car park charge at £5 for 24 hours. Breakfast was the usual choices, but staff again were friendly and helpful and the food was hot. Hotel is quite new, so its smart and clean. Bed was very comfy. Iron and board in room. Plenty of storage. My only negative is the glass wall and door on the bathroom. "Stayed a few days. Overall, nice play with lovely staff. We found it difficult with minimal disabled bays and closest spaces seemed to be used by locals using the gym. The bedroom doors were a struggle as a bit heavy to open. If i were younger and fitter, hotel would be great. "

"Very limited vegetarian options of those available were badly made. worst hotel breakfast I've had in long time, definitely not what I would expect from this standard hotel. On a level with Holiday Inn Express breakfast but that was free... How they charge for breakfast I do not know"

"The property is good and beds very comfortable. The biggest negative was having to carry bags up and down the steps to reach elevator and or the final destination into the room. It is hard to carry large bags up and down the steps. "
