Very big house with all comfort and a little pool but no AC, not a big issue for me. I really enjoyed the stay.

Une maison insuffisamment chauffée en hiver.
Grande maison située à une dizaine de kilomètres du centre de Grenade, dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Plusieurs chambres et plusieurs salles de bains. Cuisine équipée. Un petit jardin avec une mini-piscine qui peut être bien agréable l'été. Propriétaire très sympa. Parking dans la rue sans problème. Et gros avantage, le propriétaire donne l'accès à son parking privé situé dans le sud de Grenade, d'où il est possible d'accéder au centre à pied ou à l'Alhambra en bus. Seul problème : nous étions en plein hiver. Et le chauffage de la maison ne fonctionnait que de 22 h à minuit. Quand nous nous levions à 7 h du matin, il faisait 0°C dehors et 10°C dans la maison. Quand nous rentrions vers 17 h après une journée de visites, il faisait toujours aussi froid, et cela a vraiment gâché notre séjour. À notre demande, le propriétaire est venu mais n'a pas rétabli des horaires de chauffage décents. Si nous avions pu utiliser la cheminée, cela aurait peut-être amélioré les choses, mais le propriétaire nous a déconseillé de le faire car "la femme de ménage avait oublié de nettoyer la cheminée" ... En conclusion cette maison est très agréable, mais nous déconseillons de la louer pendant l'hiver.
