"Bank Cottage was a great spot for our family to stay the weekend. We loved the spot on the river and the garden was safe for our little ones. We didn’t have to worry about anyone falling in the Severn! The cooking and dining facilities were fine and we enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the patio. "The property is set in wonderful grounds and is well furnished. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The fire in the lounge was a lovely focal point throughout the time we were there and we would love to return in summer when we could use the pool. Unfortunately Vrbo’s computer system did not appear to communicate with the property agent’s which led to various problems, including the property manager not knowing that we had paid the deposit. A phone call with the property agent easily...

"We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. We intend to return."

"Elm Bank is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location in Lower Swell. The listing is accurate, if anything the pictures do not quite show you how large the cottage is. We were more than comfortable as a group of six adults. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, the fridge is expansive, and there's plenty of storage for food and other necessities. "We had a sunny week in this lovely quiet place, visiting villages and towns in the area. We loved the numerous walks in the area too, and found the local map and local walks books very useful. We had delicious meals at nearby pubs as well as using the barbeque at the property. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. We were sad to leave when our week was up."
