"I love Villa Sassa! We extended our stay and we would stay here again. Love their Pilates schedule. Their breakfast is beyond…servers are amazing!! Pilates instructors and Zumba coaches are incredibly amazing. We love Ele, Sandra, Laura and everyone there!!! "

"The staff were great and the hotel has big rooms! The only thing is that the prices for a water (CHF 4) AND breakfast (CHF 35/person) are way expensive. You better eat somewhere else. ;)"

Beautiful Lake Front Villa, amazing lake como view, exclusive location!!

Breathtaking Views

"Our stay in this house was wonderful. Francesco, the owner, is a dynamic and warm person who is easy to deal with and always available if you need him. He helped us with dinner reservations, cabs and connected us to the most amazing tour guide in Milan. He provided a chef for breakfasts and for several dinners. He sent us to an amazing winery that was near the Swiss border. Anything we needed was addressed. The house is beautiful. The setting is amazing! There were 6 of us and there was room to spread out and just enjoy the glorious views. The house is located on the lake which means you have to walk down a long steep driveway to get in or out. The town is not far and the ferry is right there but the walk into town is a bit tricky because the roads are narrow and while they have a walking path, it is a bit hairy and we were all "senior citizens."And Francesco did help with that too. We loved our time there and recommend it highly! "

Great spot close to the ferry.

"We had a very nice stay in this well located home. It is close to the ferry landing so you can hop on the ferry and visit other towns on the lake. The deck is amazing with great views. The town has a couple of fantastic restaurants. If you decide to stay be sure to bring soap and shampoo. Also, if you drive a car, parking is limited for a larger car. There is a parking spot at the bottom of the drive that works if it’s available. You’ll love this place! "

Worth Every Vertical Step

"Keep this spot a secret! It's too good to let the general population know about. ;⁠) The view from this property is like a dream. Daniella, the manager, was wonderful and kept great communications with a delivery service that had our lost bags. She also shared helpful information on the bus schedule and when to ride for free. Frederico, the owner, left a bag of goodies for us upon arrival. We had the pool to ourselves. Be forwarned, to get to this property, you will need a moderately strong body, good knees, and strong back. There is a short section where you will be walking on the shoulder of a very busy two lane street. May be difficult with young children or a stroller, unless you rent a car. We would rent this again. You can conveniently access all points on Lake Como from here and still have a place of respite to return to."
