"O único problema foi que encontramos os lixos cheios do ultimo hóspede. O banheiro estava cheio de mosquinhas e com algum cheiro. Fora isso o quarto é amplo, o colchão maravilhoso e tudo funcionando muito bem. Acredito que os problemas mencionados foram uma falha não recorrente. "

"This is a nice hotel near the historic center of Porto Alegre. It's at the bottom of a hill, so be prepared to walk up and down hilly streets to get around. The neighborhood isn't great (there is a fair amount of homeless people on the street, right in front of the hotel), but it never felt unsafe to me. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the internet was good. For the price and convenience, I recommend it."

"I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"The hotel and stay was ok and very close the the rodoviaria bus station. But we requested and electricity adaptator because ours was not working and they did not provide us one, so we couldnt connect any cellphone or notebook to charge. Unnacceptable in 2025 and made the stay uncomfortable."
