"A functional hotel next to a shopping mall. Check was slow and the WiFi was very poor every where which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had great air con and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. "

"The property was good, not great. Only one member on staff spoke English. The breakfast was not what Americans are used to but since everyone else staying there was Brazilian, I guess it made sense."

"If I say the hotel stay felt like home away from home, it won't justify it. The Stay at work hotel goes beyond that....the staff makes sure you feel like you have known them all your life with their extra attentive support and service. I don't think i will stay anywhere else on my subsequent visit back to Sao Leopoldo."

Café da manhã até poderia ser simples, mas no caso deles basicamente não tinha nada. Chuveiro não esquentava, no segundo dia o elevador não funcionava e nosso quarto NÃO FOI LIMPO.
