"This is the coolest hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Newly renovated over the past year, with modern Italian details, very stylish. It’s walking distance to the Hakata station and all the major shopping areas such as Canal city and Tenejin. The room is spacious by Japanese standard, we booked the king bed room. Modern and neutral decorations, clean and fresh, with excellent bright soothing lighting. Everyone at the hotel is sooo nice and made sure every aspect of the stay is comfortable and welcoming. The unique feature is the hotel is that it includes all day dining. The food selection is abundant, and the bakery and dessert section are comparable to any French bakery and patisserie, it had the best strawberry cream puff. "

"小学生2人を含む4人家族で利用しました。子連れでの天神エリアの買い物にとてもいい場所です。綺麗にされているし、朝ごはんも美味しいです。子供分の枕と旦那(逆流性食道炎のため２つ枕が必要)でスタッフの方にリクエストしたところ、快く対応してくださいました。お風呂も夜中入れるので、子供が寝た後にゆっくり入る事も可能です。また利用すると思います。"
