We were very happy with the staffs, they are very nice and helpful. Room is quiet, although it has a big glass window but the shade is cancel light very good. Restaurant next to hotel and all around us, we are close to canal city, train station, shopping. Highly recommended

We have a nice stay in the hotel. The location is safe and quiet. Just a 5-minute walking distance to the heart of center. The staff are all very friendly. Just one critique is that the bath area and toilet are in the same room so it is not very convenient for a group of three of us.

Location is great. It is a minute away from one end of underground shopping street. If you have a car, you can park at the park nearby which is a minute walking distance away. Staff is very helpful and nice to my kid. My kid request for a ladybug origami as souvenir and they fold one for him next morning. The breakfast is delicious and sufficient. A little suggestion for the hotel: there is a gap between the bath tub and the wall. It should be filled up by sealant otherwise there will be water leakage downstairs or cause mould issue.

Room was ok. Not too spacious but I think that's common in Japan hotel rooms. Bathroom was really spacious, which is good. They did not provide the usual complimentary items such as lotion, cottons, cotton buds & washcloth, but they have a water refilling station and free coffee/tea by the lobby. Overall, the place was ok for a decent stay.

Worst Comfort Inn
It was the Worst hotel ever stayed comfort inn chain. Don't be fooled by the comfort inn name. The blinds in room were coverd in dust and carpet was dirty. It looked like never cleaned. I requested changing room. However, the reception man showed me a room next to the smoking zone on the second floor. I am a nonsmoker. We sleep with mask on because of the dust all night. Never stay here.

Great location for access various attractions and shopping places. The staff is superb nice . The only and unforgivable drawback is the cleanliness of the room carpet, bedding and sofa, chairs in the hotel. I saw and killed at least buds in my room. The carpet in the room is stained and smelly. The sofa and the chairs in the room and hotel are all stained. The hotel will be perfect if it improve the cleanliness.

Great hotel. The bed has no sheets and the covers will leave you sweating in a few minutes no matter how cold the room is. I think the blanket they give you, could keep you alive in a freezer. Unfortunately I couldn’t get much sleep until I found another blanket. What is the point
