"A place which has been underrated offering great value for money . The carpet, furniture, bedding , kitchen and various dishes and cups all look like new. The toilet and bathroom are clean, fresh and as good new. The space and layout design make it very comfortable to live in, you won’t want to check out. The front desk staff is friendly , maybe not always sitting there but if you press the button or dial a number, she will quickly appear to serve you."

"We stayed here for a few nights as a base to explore Christchurch before heading home from our holiday. It was an ok place to stay although nothing was replenished during our stay, we ran out of coffee and tea (there was a telephone number you could contact to ask for more but we didn't bother) it is based outside of the city centre and there are a few cafe's and restaurants dotted around. It was quite noisy as our room was facing a busy main road. (It does eventually quieten down of a night.)...

"The property is smart & well maintained. Well equipped and stocked with toiletries, washing & dishwasher powder. Located within easy walking distance of the main centre, with cathedral, restaurants & shopping there. A few yards from a tram stop, located outside the interesting quake museum. Short walk to Botanic Gardens. Would be happy to recommend. "

"My partner checked in with 2 children as our other 3 children and I were in Australia. The lady knew we were on a late flight and gave us a late check out for no additional charge, which made a huge difference to our first morning back. Room was warm and cozy and sufficient for what we needed. Will definitely be our first option for when we return to chch. "
