The service was great, with the reception staff going as far as providing me with a full lunchbox after I had told him during my checkout that I was going to take a bus to Essaouira later that day. "The staff were amazing So polite the food was amazing Beds comfortable and rooms lovely Entertainment was great (although the kids entertainment was slightly repetitive in the evening) the heated pool could also be a bit warmer and could do with upgrading the sports equipment as there wasn’t enough balls or ping pong equipment "

"Very convenient location right near the main square. Downside was i could hear the snake charmers constantly from the hotel. The rooftop is great to sit in the sun and have tea. Easy to walk to most of the sights. The central location is handy but comes with the downsides. I woke up early before dawn and leaving the hotel for a walk felt unsafe. I saw an asian girl standing outside waiting for her taxi scared stiff. If your not alone I think its much better."
