"we had an excellent time in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff were very friendly; especially shout out for Shervin, Akmal and Habibuz Jakir. They gone extra mile to make our staff comfortable. My only issue was noise from lifts shaft. I explained to staff and they changed our room from 2601 to 1816. But in this room we were disturbed by noise from the trains every 3 minutes. My only suggestion to improve experience is the Rooms should to be sound proof otherwise it an excellent hotel with nice location...
